  • Tegan aims to support individuals of all ages through tailored, personalised approaches with psychological assessment and intervention.

  • Tegan works from a predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, but also utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness.

  • To collaborate with families, allied health professionals and schools to provide the best care.

  • Tegan works from an evidenced-based, person-centred approach and incorporates mindfulness and strength-based strategies to empower individuals.

  • Previous experience in providing psychological services (in private practice and educational settings), facilitating group programs and conducting comprehensive psycho-educational assessments including learning, cognitive, and social/emotional needs.

  • Strong interest in working with anxiety and depression, grief and trauma, and learning difficulties.

Work Experience

  • Tegan has previously worked in private practice in Melbourne, providing intervention and assessment for a range ages and difficulties.
  • Tegan has worked across multiple education settings, including government and independent schools.
